The 2026 IEEE 16th International Conference on System Engineering & Technology (ICSET) is a flagship event held at Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) under the theme "Smart Systems for a Sustainable Future".
Rapid advancements in technology today have made it possible to develop a new class of intelligent applications, opening fresh frontiers for research in applied control and computer technology. In this era, interactivity and connectivity have become fundamental norms that engineers must integrate into the system engineering process.
Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished papers covering these myriad aspects. Acceptance decisions will be based on paper novelty, technical depth, elegance, practical or theoretical impact, and presentation quality. Accepted papers will be submitted for possible inclusion into IEEE Xplore® subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
Prospective authors are invited to submit full papers of 4-6 pages (including tables, figures, and references) in standard IEEE double-column format. Please submit your paper via EDAS System. New users are required to register with EDAS before paper submission.
All paper submissions will be checked for originality. All submitted papers are subjected to a blind peer review process by 2-3 reviewers. The decision of paper acceptance is based on the average score and comments given by the reviewers. Accepted papers must be revised according to the reviewers’ comments and suggestions before inclusion in the conference proceedings.
